Can a borrower still call me if I stay Free?
Yes. Your phone number, website and request button are on your page on every plan.
Can I list my brokers on a free listing?
Yes. Every plan lists up to 9 brokers by name, with their phone, email, credit representative number, years of experience and languages. Photos of your brokers come with Featured, for your lead broker, and Featured+, for your whole team.
Will paying bring a set number of enquiries?
No. We cannot promise enquiries. Featured and Featured+ give you a featured place in your suburb and a fuller page.
What happens to the price after 12 months?
It moves to the standard price, which is $99 for Featured or $249 for Featured+ today. We email you at least 30 days before. If you cancel, the price hold ends.
Is there a minimum term?
No. Plans are month to month. Cancel any time and the plan stops at the end of the month you have paid for.
How will borrowers know my listing is Featured?
Always. Borrowers see the Featured or Featured+ label beside your name, and the block is marked as a paid placement. Ordinary results keep their own order.
Can I pay for several locations?
Yes. Each location is its own plan with its own page and place, and a business can hold one Featured or Featured+ place on any one page. For a group, request a call and we will talk through pricing.
Which suburb pages do I appear on?
Featured: one suburb page we agree with you. Featured+: your own suburb page and up to two eligible nearby pages that we agree with you. Each suburb page has at most three Featured+ and two Featured places, and fewer on smaller pages.
Does this help with Google or AI tools?
Your page sets out your details as structured data, which helps search engines understand them, and links to your own website. No one can promise a place in Google or in an AI answer, and we do not.
Who sets it up?
On Featured, you do, through a short form, or ask us to do it at no charge. On Featured+, the Mortgage Broker Select team builds the page for you from your website, and we publish it only after you approve it.
